Delete your FamBod account

FamBod is made by FAMBOD LTD. You can delete your FamBod account and the data linked to it at any time.

In the app

1. Open FamBod and tap the gear icon to open Settings.
2. Tap Your Account, then Delete Account.
3. Tap Delete My Account to confirm.

Without the app

Email support@fambod.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

Your account, profile and profile photo, workout activity and settings, and your analytics data and session recordings with our providers.

What we keep, and for how long

• Consent records (what you agreed to, and when): 7 years, to show we followed the law.
• Crash reports: up to 90 days.
• Backups: deleted data can remain in our providers’ backups for up to 180 days before it is purged.
